Living in Kingsville
Like many of the lakefront towns in the Essex County Region, there is a beautiful blend of historic homes, mid 20th century builds and new development, including single family units and condominiums. If looking to buy in the area it really depends on your location. Waterfront living and development can be on the higher side, while subdivision living tends to be more around the county average. If you love the area but are on a tighter budget, then some of the surrounding areas such as Colchester, Harrow and Leamington, which are all short distances away may be worth a look at as well.
